Summary
Study of functional processes of man-machine systems in the aggressive
environment of an incident, major influences acting on system reliability and
life. Organisation and means of chemical-technical service of the Fire Rescue
Service and personal protection.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The main aim of the subject is to introduce main functional processes of any human-machine system during any kind of crisis, and conditions of a dominant impact on system reliability and working life. Student should be able to present his/her knowledge and abilities, to explain main guidelines and applications of chosen technical equipments.
Course Contents
Fundamental structure and dynamics (behaviour) technical (biological) system.
Technical and biological systems.
Reliability as dominating factor systems.
Basic elements management system credibility gap.
Operation and service technical systems, examination and lead documentation.
Main effects applied on reliability in operation and service life.
Grounding in mechanics movement road vehicles.
Rolling resistance, speed vehicles in boundary conditions, harness trail.
Basic provisions rule chemical services.
Basic provisions rule mechanical services.
Transaction special rescue work - supporting articles Fire brigade.Work with dangerous materials.
Liquidation breakdowns hazardous materials.
Extended detection hazardous materials.
Decontamination techniques and population.
Liquidation oily accident.
Large voluminous water pumping.
Long - distance transport waters hoses and draw from great depths.
Extricating heavy vehicles.
Rescue persons from downfallen buildings.
Emergency survival population.
Work up on high and above free depth by the help of tightrope techniques.
Transaction rescue work by the help of gunship.
