management. Basic conceptions of quality management. The ISO conception – the 
ISO 9000 family of standards. Basic principles of quality management. The 
quality management at purchasing. The quality management at product 
realization. Product verification. Control of nonconforming products. 
Corrective and preventive actions. The continuous improvement methodology. The 
quality management systems auditing – purpose and procedures. Basic methods
