The subject of building law acquaints students with the valid legal regulations for the building industry from the building law to the legal norms, implementing decrees with respect to European law.

The subject provides basic information on building law and related legal regulations and Czech technical standards. It includes knowledge of generally binding regulations for activities under construction.
