Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The subject provides basic information on conditions in the construction market prices. It informs about the economy and construction methods of pricing and costs in the construction sector. It focuses on the calculation of prices of construction work, costing the purchase of material, costing on engineering activities and rates of machines.

Summary

Course contents are to provide students with knowledge and skills for building budgets, calculation of prices in construction, improvement of practice work in the field of elaboration of reports on the basis of building project documentation and especially usage of software support for budgeting of buildings. Educational objectives are focused on the theoretical principles of building budgeting procedure and the practical efficient use of computer technology in building budgets construction following the building documentation.
