Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim is to provide a summary of knowledge on territorial information systems and databases linked to spatial identification. Especially familiar with regional information systems, understanding the principles of territorial bound geodatabases, manage graph theory and topology of spatial objects, familiarization with data models in land information systems, understand the ontology, metadata, spatial analysis, ability to solve project in ArcGIS. Content: The theoretical basis of the subject are focused on the theory of laws between public infrastructure and territory and links to urban planning development of the area in terms of transport and technical infrastructure, defining the links between the functions of public infrastructure and territories, as well as their projections in individual residential structures from the perspective of infrastructure and urbárních characteristics. At the same time discusses the development trends of sustainability of public infrastructure and quality of life in the seat, particularly the revitalization of public spaces and other potřebními measures eliminating negative effects. Basic topics: Information systems of public administration, history, registries, legislation associated with information systems, state map series, basic and thematic maps, the Land Registry of the Czech Republic, cadastral information system Cadastre, data bases, subsystems, general description of ISKN, Portals public administration, PAIS, Geographical Information Systems and their applications, incl. the use of analytical methods, the practical use of territorial information systems in urban planning, cadastre main processes (restoration of cadastral, technical-operational safety ISKN, import and preparation of external data file formats for import.
