Students are encouraged to understand the processes of degradation of materials and building structures. Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the subject is to acquire knowledge and skills in the field of remediation materials and their applications, and knowledge of technological processes.

Summary
Students are acquainted with basic requirements for construction and especially with defects and defects of buildings. Students are acquainted with the technological process of remediation, with special regard to the properties of remediation materials. Attention is paid to the rehabilitation of historical buildings and to the ecological and economic aspects of remediation technologies.
