Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The course provides basic information on the construction market conditions and legal status of the construction company, including obligations under construction. Particular attention is paid to pre-project preparation and construction of the investor and building contractor. In addition, topics such as organization and management of construction company. Knowledge and skills obtained by students completing the course: Students gain necessary knowledge about relationships and functioning of the construction business in an environment of market economy, its organizational výstavbě.Dále learn the basics of training in all phases of construction and principles of the construction process. The exercises will acquire basic skills in designing and managing the documentation in its defense expert discussion.

Summary

The course focuses on the preparation of construction issues from the perspective of the investor and the contractor works. Comprehensively the issue of pre-conceived, design and construction and technological preparation of the works.
