Preparation of contracts, organization of building-up. Aim of subject is oriented on management building-up, buildig-up of investmenet, especially buildings of civil engineering.

Subject is oriented on preparation and building-up, buildings for housing, equipment of the town, industry buildings too. Emphasis is placeal on preparation of contract, cooperation with investor and contractor.
