Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The essence and objective of the course is to introduce the legal structure and content of laws, decrees and regulations within the meaning of the Building Code Act č.183/2006. and related regulations particularly Law č.309/2006 / short Act to ensure further the safety and health at work / and obligations resulting therefrom for the construction of individual participants. In particular, will be characterized in detail the features and content activities' coordinator of health and safety at work on a construction site "and the professional requirements for this function There will also be discussed regulatory and technical requirements for safety and health on construction sites / Government č.591/2006 Coll. / Safety and working at heights / Government Regulation No 352/2005. In the context of concrete will be provided safety planning procedures at different stages of preparation and implementation of construction and in relation to various technological processes.

Compulsory literature:

Act no. 183/2006 Coll., the Zoning Planning Act and Building Code effective (the Building Act), as amended. Act no. 309/2006 Coll., stipulating further requirements for health and safety at work in labour - law relations and ensuring safety and health in activities or within services provided outside of labour - law relations, as amended

Recommended literature:

Government Decree no. 591/2006 Coll., on detailed requirements regarding safety and protection of health during work on construction sites. Government Decree No. 362/2005 Coll., on detailed requirements regarding safety and protection of health at workplaces with a risk of falling from a height or into a depth.
