Gurantor department | Department of Architecture |
Subject guarantor | MgA. Václav Rodek, ArtD. |
Study level | undergraduate or graduate |
Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Students working on tasks according to assignment:
1) Plane, cube, sphere ( perspective drawing of basic geometric forms in spatial relationships. Sketching of shapes in different positions and different angle of view relative to horizon)
Basic possibilities of building space and volume by drawing tools.
From 3D to 2D (Area and Spatial grids, Expression of Spatial Relationships and Shapes in these grids
2. Sketch as a way of spatial thinking. Developing of mental manipulation with the three-dimensional shape, when drawing
it does not display a visible or software-generated object, but during the drawing process the future shape genesis occurs.
3. Manipulating the plane in relation to the object - cutting and dividing the architectural shape by means of the surface, intuitive perception of the relation of the mantle and volume of a spatial object.
