Summary

The aim of the subject is to identify the basic concepts, ideas, principles and concepts relating to the field of management, to characterize a manager, his activities, roles and responsibilities, to describe the historical development of management, to explain all of managerial functions - planning, organizing, decision making, personnel management and leadership, motivation, control and communication, to clarify the application of psychological knowledge in management, to explain the nature, function and importance of ethics, corporate culture and strategic management.
