This object tie together on the Traffic engineering I (ID) and contains theoretic piece of knowledges about theory movement single conveyances and the stream of traffic, from of which go out principles projection communication and junctions, if need be by other transports for static and dynamic components of the transport. The exploitation knowledge prognostic methods for appreciation the interregion traffic bindings in territory. Substances and methods organization, regulation and traffic control.
