To analyze the sorts of entrepreneurship in market economy. To recognize and formulate the problems of production process in a company and service in the field of service. To summarize issues from work running study and from working time and evaluate effects and impacts from designed changes. To propose the optimal structure of costs and income in a company entrepreneurship. To evaluate the marketing strategy of various models. Acquirements will be demonstrated by solving a semester project.

Summary

The principles of entrepreneurship and business activity in market economy, production processes in an enterprise. The problems of services in a branch of service. Planning of work, working time and production. Personnel policy in an enterprise. Managerial approaches to costs and income of a company, price setting, managerial control of company as a whole. Marketing and marketing mix.
