Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The student will be able to formulate basic approaches to the management of manufacturing processes and material flows, will be able to define the main factors affecting the efficiency and quality of production processes, - The student will be able to use the basic theoretical knowledge to be able to assess the efficiency of the production process using precisely defined indicators, - The student will be able to use their knowledge of production process control in the field.

Summary

The aim of the subject is to get acquainted with the modern directions in the management of the company production process and provide knowledge of the tools, methods and concepts, which are necessary to achieve the economically efficient and competitive activity of the manufacturing enterprise.
