Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Students can work with the business model system EMA.PM, concrete with the procuts-cost model, producing model and financial model. It will explained them the core of the simulation model creating, which is based on the system dynamics methods. The will work with Powersim software support, which supports this method.

The exam consists of the oral part. There are checked theoretical and practical skills from the creating and editing of the models.
The course credit is based on the practical proving of creation simulations models.
Students write the test, there are checked knowledge of the EMA.PM models.

Subject syllabus:
1. Requirements for the course finalising. Introduction to the systems theory and systems thinking.
2. Economics and mathematics modelling, modells sorting.
3. Mathematical support of the dynamics models.
4. The fundament of the systems dynamics. Phases of model creation by helping of systems dynamics.
5. Software support of the systems dynamics.
6. Simulation models – creation and testing. Case stadies.
7. Logistics processes and its simulation possibilities.
8. Software support of the simulation models – other SW products – its characteristics, differences.
9. Structure analysis of business processes.
10. Software support of structure analysis. EMA.PM business system.
11. Introduction to the fuzzy modelling.
12. Advanced knowledge of the fuzzy modelling.
13. Tests.
