The aim of the subject is to get acquainted with the requirements for the human environment in the work and outside work area in terms of ergonomics and safety of work.

Summary

Basic information for subject study, human - machine relationship, quality the working environment, its assessment in terms of hygiene standards (physical, sensory and mental parameters of man, dimensional working solution places, links to technical aesthetics, designing the working environment from the point of view lighting, noise, vibration, color solution, safety and hygiene). Using the ergonomic module SW CATIE V5.

Subject syllabus:

1. Concepts of ergonomics, definition, ergatics, mechanocentric and anthropocentric approach. 2. Interdisciplinarity of ergonomics, history, method of golden cut. 3. Human body parameters, anthropometric data according to European surveys. 4. Sensory and mental parameters of human, reliability of human factor. 5. Workspace dimensions for standing and sitting work. 6. Drivers and tell-tales, their size and location in the field of view. 7. Work tools and tools in terms of ergonomics, optimization of dimensions and shapes. 8. Ergonomics of the environment, workplace illumination, allowable noise and vibration values. 9. The importance of the color solution of the workplace, safety colors. Safety and hygiene work. 10. Normalization of human work. Ergonomic analysis. 11. Use CATIA CAD / CAM / CAE ergonomic modules 12. Fundamentals of RULA analysis, CATIE V5, Design & Analysis, Human Activity Analysis workbench. 13. SNOOK & CIRELLO ergonomic analysis, CATIE V5 utilization, Ergonomic Design & Analysis module, Human Activity Analysis workbench 14. Ergonomic Design & Analysis, Workbench Human Builder - Vehicle Occupant Accommodation Toolbar, CATIA V5, description, use.

Conditions for subject completion and attendance at the exercises within ISP: As part of completing the subject, the conditions are considered to be met by the submission of a semester project (ergonomic studies/analyses), which included periodic face-to-face consultations, while the point evaluation of the graded credit result corresponds to min. classification level E (ECTS class. scale), respectively class. grade 3 (national class. scale).
