Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Successful implementation of the quality management system is not just a direct quality management, but primarily depends on the skills and knowledge of the people in the company, their motivation and their continuous and effective upbringing to quality. The course is focused on the requirements of the current quality management system standards.
Gained knowledge:
- to know the basic concepts of human resource management,
- to learn about the role of human resources management in quality management,
- to know different approaches to motivating, evaluating and remuneration of employees.
Learning skills and competences:
- to become acquainted with their personality characteristics and possibilities of self-development,
- learn the rules of effective communication,
- to be able to apply selected methods and tools in the field of human resources in the context of quality management system,
- acquire selected measurements in human resource management systems.
- to acquire the methods and tools used at different steps of human resource management.

Summary
The subject is focused on the issue of human resources management in the company, including explanation of the importance of basic principles, processes and tools of human resources management in company practice. Part of the course is an insight into the issues of communication, motivation, valuation and reward in quality management systems. Students test their personality settings and learn about the possibilities of further self-development. Attention is also paid to various organizational management concepts, such as Social Corporate Responsibility, Bata´s management system and Industry 4.0 and its conects to quality management system.

1. The importance of human factor in quality management.
2. Human resource management system according to the requirements of the quality management system. Comprehensive enterprise integration.
3. Development of the company's education strategy. Philosophy of a learning enterprise. Knowledge organizations.
4. Forms and structures of employee training for quality. Measurement and evaluation of the effectiveness of the training.
5. The role of top management in quality management and delegation of competencies. Leadership, leadership styles.
6. Communication in quality management systems. Modern communication channels.
7. Motivation of employees. Motivation programs, measurement of their effectiveness.
8. Employee satisfaction, measurement, evaluation. Loyalty and engagement.
9. Personal quality of the individual as the essence of organization quality. Individual characteristics of the individual, different cooperation strategies. Industry 4.0.
10. Ethical principles of enterprise management systems.
11. Teamwork and its forms in quality management (Quality KAIZEN, 5S, IIP).
12. Corporate culture, its relation to the quality management system.
13. Bata´s management system.
14. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), relationship to quality management system, measurement of standards. Shared value creation (CSV) concept.
