Summary

The main part of the course deals with the planning of the project using the software support Microsoft Project 2007/2010 and expansion in its use. The course is also cooperation and linkages with other MS Project software that includes the so-called office suite. Programs will plague the preparation and processing of project documentation, project optimization, processing of reports, presentation of the project - its results and communication within the project team.

Subject syllabus:

1) The role of project management in the current management The basic philosophy and principles of project management. Project definition in the concept of project management. Differences between the project and routine procedures. The concept of management in terms of project management 2) the use of project portfolio management. Portfolio use professional project management. 3) Role in project management and project teams. Testing students in objective indicators and evaluation. 4) Repeat and extension of knowledge in the practical application tools use Microsoft Project 2007/2010. Techniques for project management (time, cost, quality, risk). 5) MS Project - optimization, outputs, data transfer to the presentation. 6) Creation of project documentation. Presentation of outputs of individual project teams.
