Summary

The aim of the course is to introduce students to the trends of modern management based on the "7S" concept of the American company McKinsey. It is a globally recognized comprehensive approach based on the determination of interdependence and integrity of significant success factors in business. Students will focus on the study of trends in the following critical factors: strategy (Strategy), structure (Structure), management systems (Systems), staffs (Staffs), shared values (Shared values), management style (Style), skills (Skills) and symbols (Symbols), which have been extended to this concept. At the core of the integrity of these factors is corporate culture.
