Získání základních znalostí prostředí v oblasti krizového řízení. Pochopení funkce veřejné správy ve vztahu ke krizovým situacím a stavům. Aplikace vhodných analytických metod pro rozpoznání hrozícího rizika.

Teaching methods

Summary

The course deals with the theory and the legal framework of crisis manag.with orientation above all towards the integrated rescue system.At first,students will acquaint themselves with the theory of basic terms,i.e.danger-hazard-risk, their interrelations, crisis planning system, methods used for risk analysis.The second part of the course deals with the legal framework of cris.manag.
