- obecné pojmy mimořádná událost, havárie, katastrofa - základní rozdělení mimořádných událostí - vliv přírodních katastrof na životní prostředí a obyvatelstvo - vliv antropogenních havárií na životní prostředí a obyvatelstvo - kombinované mimořádné události a jejich vliv na životní prostředí a obyvatelstvo - preventivní ochrana před vlivem havárií a katastrof - záchranné složky předurčené pro likvidaci havárií a katastrof - postavení a úkoly statní správy a samosprávy při likvidaci havárií a katastrof - plánovací dokumenty
