Cílem je na základě získaných znalostí umět objektivně hodnotit opatření k ochraně obyvatelstva. Znalosti aplikovat při zpracovávání středně dobých a dlouhodobých plánů.
Teaching methods
Summary
The course deals with the design of special structures and facilities of civil
protection without legal subjectivity. It is also concerned with the extent
and content of civil protection requirements for land use planning and the
stage of structure design.
