Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Magisterské studium staveb a stavebních souborů technické infrastruktury a jeho následné využívání v praxi, významně zvyšuje technicko-provozní spolehlivost objektových a liniových staveb této primární infrastruktury státu, včetně alternativních procesů krizového řízení.

Summary

Objektové a liniové stavby technické infrastruktury jsou podmiňujícím faktorem užitných hodnot bytového fondu měst a obcí a provozuschopnosti veřejné a soukromé infrastruktury každého zastavěného území. Technická infrastruktura má různý stupeň zranitelnosti přírodními vlivy nebo antropogenními událostmi. Z daného stavu vychází i koncepce vyučovacího předmětu „Rozvoj a spolehlivost staveb technické infrastruktury“.

Subject syllabus:

1. Technical-operational dependence of cities, municipalities, public and private infrastructure on technical infrastructure and its reliability in a standard environment and in the event of emergencies. 2. Legislative regulations and their importance in the field of designing the construction and operation of technical infrastructure of the state, cities, municipalities and industrial agglomerations in the Czech Republic and in EU countries. 3. The structure and national and transnational systems of technical infrastructure in terms of the development of scientific knowledge and technical maturity of the European Union. 4. Sources of energy raw materials for EU countries and especially for the Czech Republic, their acquisition, and protection against the effects of natural influences in the 21st century in various regions of the world. 5. Reliability, operational capacity and storage of various types of energy in the Czech Republic, technological background of processes, monitoring systems and safety measures reducing the occurrence of emergencies of natural and anthropogenic origin. 6. The nature and occurrence of surface and groundwater in the Czech Republic, the possibility of their use for energy purposes and especially for the needs of built-up areas of municipalities and their fire protection through water supply systems for public use. 7. The emergence of different types of threats, their potential and consequences for built-up areas of cities and municipalities depending on the type of infrastructure, backup resources, the nature of the area and the natural conditions of individual regions. 8. Possibilities of increasing the resilience of technical infrastructure to the effects of natural or anthropogenic events through preventive preparation for MU solutions using risk engineering methods. 9. Development and increase of reliability of technical infrastructure constructions through appropriate tools and means depending on the type of infrastructure, its strengths and weaknesses, enabling the solution of emergencies. 10. Use of risk engineering methods in the analysis of operational safety risks of technical infrastructure and defining the strategy for the development of technical infrastructure. 11. Increasing the protection of operational systems of technical infrastructure by using suitable materials for the implementation of constructions, depending on the nature of the territory, with the use of elements of passive and active protection. 12. Crisis management of processes in the event of emergencies and crisis situations on the technical infrastructure using the latest scientific knowledge and technical capabilities to minimize the consequences for individuals in the region and its infrastructure. 13. Climate change and its potential impact on the reliability of technical infrastructure in the medium and long term, the possibility of eliminating the consequences through crisis planning and preparation for addressing operational security risks in the conditions of the Czech Republic. 14. Excursion.
