Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The course introduces the basics of solving the fire resistance of structures according to European design standards Eurocodes. The course enables students to verify the fire resistance of building constructions by calculation.

The student in the course provides basic orientation in design fire resistant of building constructions by calculation, i.e. according to European design standards „Eurocodes“.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester
The achieved knowledge will be verified by the elaboration of a semester project and its successful defense. The final verification of the study results is a summary of the fulfilment of the requirements for the credit and a final examination.
