Subject syllabus:
1. Trends in civil engineering, the EU directive.
2. Introduction to structural engineering and connectication to fire afety of buildings, the basic concepts of building construction, structural systems.
3. Vertical load-bearing and non load bearing structure, connectication to fire afety of buildings.
4. Horizontal load-bearing and non load bearing structure.
5. Roofs, including ceilings.
6. Packaging design of buildings.
7. Building structures linking different levels, the principles of design.
8. Chimney.
9. Filling holes, passages, floors, surface modification and other construction work
