Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The target of subject is to give the students the basic knowledge about arrangements which are prepared and realised in case to save public safety during the ksisis situation. The history of those system in Czech Republic and in the world, actual situation and document base which is a fundament for solving of crisis situations.

Summary
The course is aimed at basic tasks and measures concerning civil protection
that follow from “the Geneva Conventions” and laws in the Czech Republic. It
explains the planning and the control of these tasks and the ensuring of
solutions to them in peacetime during disasters and catastrophes as well as
in war at using weapons of mass destruction.
