Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Administration of the buildings is a global activity performed by the manager of the building. Especially it is the operational safety of the building realized due to the occupation permit and the approved project documentation. The operational safety is especially the fire safety of the building, the safety and health at work, the affect to the environment, the safety of the subjects and the property and safety of the utility traffic system, for example parking and access road. These issues are determinated by the legislation and technical standard.

Předmět je zaměřen na zásady bezpečného provozování objektů během životnosti stavby, a to především z pohledu bezpečnosti a ochrany při práci, požární bezpečnosti, bezpečnosti osob a majetku, dopravních systémů aj. Posluchač získá přehled o platné legislativě a způsobu jejího uplatňování v konkrétních podmínkách.
