Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The student will gain the knowledge and skills needed to develop a comprehensive professional text structured similarly to the bachelor's thesis. The course is divided into a common part and an individual part. In the common part, the student gets acquainted with the basic regulations for writing a bachelor's thesis. The procedures for creating annotations, research, work with professional literature and graphic design of the bachelor's thesis are presented. In the individual part students apply the acquired knowledge to the processing of professional text in the specified range.

Summary
The course is focused on demonstrating the knowledge and skills needed to develop a comprehensive professional text structured similarly to a bachelor's thesis. The course is divided into a common part and an individual part. In the common part, the student gets acquainted with the basic regulations for creating a bachelor's thesis. The procedures for creating annotations, research, work with professional literature and graphic design of the bachelor's thesis are presented.
In the individual part, the student prepares a professional text corresponding to the field of study. The text may be related to the solved bachelor's thesis (e.g. elaboration of measurement methodology, which will then be used in the bachelor's thesis, etc.).
Finally, the student prepares a short presentation in PowerPoint for the presentation of their work.
