Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Předmět se zabývá spektrometrií s důrazem na hlavní spektrometrické parametry jako populace kvantových stavů, Einsteinova teorie spektrálních přechodů, Planckův zákon absorpce a emise plynů, podstata spektrálního charakteru absorpce a emise, mechanismy způsobující rozšíření linií, tvar linií jako zdroj informací, intensita, poloha a rozšíření spektrální linie, rovnice přenosu záření a její speciální případy, teoretické principy kvantitativní analýzy, teorie spektroskopického experimentu a základní principy experimentálních metod spektroskopie, mikrovlná spektroskopie, rotační spektra a struktura molekul, vibrační spektroskopie, normální souřadnice a souřadnice symetrie, aplikace IČ a Ramanovy spektroskopie. Dále spektroskopickými metodami jako analytickými nástroji. Jedná se zejména o základy metod a jejich výhody a nevýhody při výzkumech atmosféry, v požární ochraně a v bezpečnostním inženýrství, charakteristika metod podle spektrálního rozsahu - UV/VIS, infračervená a mikrovlnná spektrální oblast, charakteristika metod podle typu detekce - lokální a dálková detekcí - měření z povrchu Země, satelitní měření, lidarová měření, letecké a balonové kampaně. Spektroskopické metody pro výzkum dolní troposféry a pro výzkum horní troposféry a dolní stratosféry. Jedná se o aplikace v simulované a v reálné atmosféře, mezinárodní projekty: MIPAS (Michelson Interferometer for Passive Atmospheric Sounding vypuštěný na satelitu ENVISAT), submilimetrová atmosférická spektroskopie satelitu ODIN, NDSC (The Network for Detection of Stratospheric Change). Významné aspekty satelitních měření a obecně „remote sensing“ systémů pro bezpečnostní výzkum.
