Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The arrangement of flammable and explosive substances in the working conditions and potential ignition sources. Evaluation of structural materials and strain under normal conditions and disorders. Examination of possible causes of failures of machines and equipment. Determination of border life of the machines and their influence on the possibility of failure. Assembling procedure for investigating the causes of the breakdown of machinery, equipment and technological process.

1st Flammable and explosive substances and their technical and safety parameters. 2nd Influence of operating conditions on the technical and safety parameters. 3rd Ignition sources in the production processes and their limitations. 4th Construction materials and stresses in normal conditions and in disorders .. 5th Possible causes of failures of machines and equipment. 6th The life of machines and their influence on the possibility of failure. 7th The procedure for investigating the causes of the breakdown of machinery, equipment and technological process.
