1st Industrial accidents. Types of accidents (fires, explosions, spills and release toxic substances), their severity. The phenomena of accidents (eg BLEVE, VCE, Runaway reaction). Analysis of known serious accidents 2nd Importance and justification of the implementation of hazard analysis and evaluation Technology-related risks. Explanation of basic concepts (risk risk of serious accidents, safety). Analysis of the causes of leakage, fire and the explosion in the chemical industry. 3rd To analysis and risk assessment of technological processes. Explanation perform each step of analysis and risk assessment technological processes, its use in practice. 4th Overview of methods for identification and evaluation of hazards and in the CR. The current situation in the Republic and the world. Unsystematic methods, such as method of inspection records, what happens when ... relative evaluation (index method). Systematic methods, such as FTA, HAZOP, FMEA. 5th Estimate the likelihood of accidents and the severity of their consequences (Human, environmental and economic losses). Computational methods of combustible file under various process conditions and for various disorders and deviations, the calculation of the contamination zone. Computer programs for estimation of the consequences accidents, the principles of the ROZEX. The method of estimating societal risk by IAEA - TEC DOC 727th 6th Legislative support of prevention and preparedness for major accidents in Europe. EU Council Directive 96/82 / EC, the so-called Seveso II Directive. Directive. The resulting obligations. Explanation needs further development (amendment). 7th Legislative support of prevention and preparedness for major accidents in the country. Act No. 59/2006 Coll.
