Understanding the principles of risk management in terms of ISO 1800, and OHSAS 31000, mastery of basic managerial skills in the context of risk management.

Summary

Definice pojmů v managementu rizik a jejich výklad. ISO Guide 73:2009. Nebezpečí a riziko, jejich význam a vývoj přístupů k nim. Smysl a cíle managementu rizik. Systematický přístup k managementu rizik – jednotlivé kroky managementu rizik, jejich vzájemné vztahy a vazby. ISO 31 000 jako všeobecná norma managementu rizik. Identifikace nebezpečí: typy nebezpečí, jejich projevy a způsoby jejich nalezení. Přenos hmoty, energie a informací jako základ mechanismu působení nebezpečí. Typy nebezpečí – fyzikální, chemická, biologická, nebezpečí vyplývající ze vztahů v soustavách člověk – stroj a z přenosu informací. Vyhledávání scénářů a analýzy rizik. Pravidla a nástroje pro tvorbu scénářů. Vyjadřování rizik a jejich kvantifikace. Vyjadřování závažnosti a neurčitosti rizik. Deterministický a probabilistický přístup, kvalitativní, semikvantitativní a kvantitativní metody analýzy rizik. ISO 31 010. Hodnocení rizik jako manažerský rozhodovací proces. Akceptovatelnost rizik. Přechod mezi analýzou a hodnocením rizik, způsoby stanovení cílů managementu rizik. Soulad s legislativou, dobrovolné nástroje. Kultura bezpečnosti podniku. Politika bezpečnosti v podniku. Ošetření rizik jako realizace cílů managementu. Organizační a technické bariéry rizik, jejich účinnost. Lidský faktor. Zpětná vazba při kontrole efektivity bariér, kompromisy mezi riziky. Zbytková rizika a jejich ošetřování. Pojištění, havarijní a krizové plány, princip „bussines continuity management“. Management rizik jako rámec BOZP, ergonomie a hygieny práce, prevence závažných havárií, požární ochrany a ochrany životního prostředí.

Subject syllabus:

1st The terms used in risk management and their interpretation. ISO Guide 73:2009 . 2nd Risk and risk their importance and development approaches to them. Goals and objectives of risk management. 3rd A systematic approach to risk management - the individual steps of risk management , their relationships and ties . ISO 31000 as the general standard of risk management. 4th Identification of risk: hazard types , their symptoms and ways to find them . 5th The transfer of matter, energy and information as the basis of the mechanism of action of danger. 6th Types of hazards - physical , chemical , biological hazards arising from relations systems in man - machine and transfer of information. 5th Search scenarios and risk analysis. Rules and tools for creating scenarios. 6th Expressing risks and their quantification. Expressing the seriousness of risks and uncertainties . Deterministic and probabilistic approach, qualitative , semi-quantitative and quantitative methods of risk analysis. ISO 31 010 7th Risk assessment as a managerial decision-making process . Acceptability of risk . 8th The transition between analysis and risk assessment , methods of assessing risk management objectives . Compliance with legislation and voluntary instruments . safety culture enterprise. 9th Security policy in the business. Treatment of risk as a realization of the objectives of management. Organizational and technical barriers to risk their efficiency. The human factor. 10th Feedback on monitoring the effectiveness of barriers, trade-offs between risks . Residual risks and their treatment. 11th Insurance, emergency and contingency plans , the principle of " bussines continuity management" . Risk Management as a framework for occupational health and safety , ergonomics and work hygiene , prevention of major accidents , fire protection and environmental protection.
