Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Formulate a basic knowledge of maintenance management and explain the application of predictive maintenance strategies. Assess the specific procedures and methods for planning of maintenance activities based on the analysis risk.

Summary

Basic maintenance management and its development (RCM, TPM and RBI). The principle concept of RCM and FMEA's basic tool. Predictive maintenance methods and their importance. TPM concept, principles and applications. Principles and methods of procedure RBI - planning visits based on risk analysis.

Subject syllabus:

1st Basic maintenance management and its development (RCM, TPM, RBI) 2nd Economic aspects and the procedural approach in maintenance 3rd The principle concept of RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), and its main tool FMEA - predictive maintenance, methods. 4th The concept of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), principles and applications. OEE marker. 5th Principles and methods of procedure RBI (Risk Based iIspection), scheduling visits based on risk analysis 6.EU standards and requirements for improvement in maintenance (education, KPI, benchmarking, etc.). 7th Basics microdiagnostic - principle. 8th Definition, variations and problems MTBF - Mean Time Between Failures 9th Equipment failure and human error 10th Preparation of maintenance contracts
