Presentation of basic legislative regulations governing occupational safety in the construction industry in the Czech Republic and in the EU, characteristics of risks in construction.
Categorization of construction participants and solutions for health and safety coordination at the construction site.

Summary
Student se seznámí s požadavky platných právních a technických předpisů a možnostmi jejich aplikací v rámci koordinace BOZP na staveništi. V rámci studia formou terénní práce bude hodnotit stávající objekt / stavbu z hlediska splnění bezpečnostních požadavků.

Zákon č. 262/2006 Sb., zákoník práce, ve znění pozdějších předpisů.
Zákon č. 309/2006 Sb., kterým se upravují další požadavky bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v pracovněprávních vztazích a o zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při činnosti nebo poskytování služeb mimo pracovněprávní vztahy (zákon o zajištění dalších podmínek bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci)

Subject syllabus:
1. Introduction to the subject - introduction to the regulations, conditional knowledge of transitional studies. Construction terminology, construction work progress, characteristics and structure of buildings
2. Technical requirements for buildings and facilities providing barrier-free use of buildings
3. Building Act, Terms, Scope, Building Permit, Reporting of Buildings, Premature Use of Buildings and Trial Operation, Building Authority Powers
4. Building documentation - types, content, construction diary, simple record of construction
5. Obligations of the contractor, builder, site manager, owner of the building
6. Occupational health and safety plan, content, creation, schedule update, responsibility. Coordination on site, difference between coordinator and competent person in risk prevention
7. Requirements for Occupational Health and Safety at Site - Safety in Operation and Use of Machines and Tools on Site, Excavations, Workplace Requirements and Work Environment on Site, Assembly Work, Demolition Work, Work at Height
8. Work on site, working procedures, technological procedures for site activities. Work and production equipment and equipment on site
9. Professional competence of the coordinator, appointment of the coordinator, duties and powers of the coordinator at the time of preparation and during the implementation of the construction, criminal liability of the coordinator, penalties for offenses and administrative offenses
10. Inspections, inspections, certificates, authorizations, interim and industrial wiring, electrical equipment on site
11. Work and activities exposing a person to life or health, essentials of commencement notice
12. Protection zones - power systems, gas facilities, equipment for heat generation and distribution, duties, prohibitions

Construction site facilities, changing rooms, toilets, staircases, sloping ramps, on-site transport, on-site material storage, Field work - assessment of the current condition of the building / building, finding disagreements with applicable regulations.
