1. Co je to vyšetřování havárií a nehod a k čemu slouží? 2. Typologie havárií 3. Proces vyšetřování havárií 4. Získávání informací o průběhu havárie a souvislostech, včetně řádného chodu procesu 5. Analýza získaných informací 6. Důkazy a hypotézy, hodnocení hypotéz 7. Potvrzování a vyvracení hypotéz 8. Identifikace mechanismů kontroly rizika a jejich selhání 9. Metody analýzy: DOE, FTA, ETA, 10. Metody analýzy: MORT, analýza bezpečnostních bariér 11. Primární a kořenové příčiny, jejich vztah a význam 12. Lessons learned, 13.
