Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. Perform a number of practical tasks in the field of safety, health and / or the environment;
2. Apply relevant national and international legislation and good practice principles to a wide range of scenarios;
3. To draw up a report or other internal document suitable for submission to the competent authorities;
4. Communicate professionally through presentations and reports using a language specific to the discipline

Summary
The subject consists of two mutually complementary activities - professional practice in the company and accompanying seminars realized at the university.
Professional business practice will enable students to experience HSE professional work. Students will apply specific knowledge and skills in selected areas of HSE during their professional practice. They will also develop their professionalism, communication skills and understanding of safety, health, the environment and ethics in the workplace. The professional practice will be supervised by a supervised HSE professional in the form of a tailor-made project.
Within the accompanying seminars, student projects will be presented and discussed under the guidance of the teacher to share examples of good and bad practice.
