Summary

The course familiarises the student with problems of state specialised supervision over reserved technical equipment, puts emphasis on the safety of machines and equipment from the point of view of European standardisation, primarily EU Directives EU 89/392, 89/655 and folowing directives.

Subject syllabus:

1. Safety standards for plant. Print norms. Terms and definition. 2.Aspects, which have be in view at assesment diversification. In danger men. Kind, percent occurrence and lifetime jeopardy. Relationship between jeopardy and effects. Human factors. Reliability safety function. Possibility rendering or elusion safety device. Possibility preservation safety device. 3. Danger, which necessary reason about at construction plant. Mechanical, electric, heat wave, create noise, vibrations, radiation, create materials and materials, failure ergonomical basics, slipping hazard , trip and fall, danger connection with environment, in ktreém is machine used. 4. Policy hazard control. Universal procuration. Assesment limiting value machinery. Identification danger, risk assessment and evaluation - diversification.
