Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Familiarization of students with valid legislation of the Czech Republic in the area of occupational safety and health and application of legal rules and technical standards to the exercising of the function of a safety professional.

Summary
The goal of the course is to make students acquainted with legislation valid
in the Czech Republic regarding the area of occupational safety and health
within the meaning of the provision of § 134e of the Act No. 65/1965 Coll., as
amended by the Act No. 155/2000 Coll. on Labour Organisation and Working
Practices.
Compulsory literature:

Explanation of the term ”legal and other regulations to ensure safety and security
health “, the types of safety regulations - law, government,
decrees, regulations to protect life and health, IEC, EN, ISO, recommendations, TPG,
other rules, guidelines to ensure the safety and health at work
by the employer.
