Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The aim of the case study is to acquaint students with previously acquired theoretical requirements of legal and technical regulations in the field of occupational health and safety under practical operating conditions. Proper orientation of related legal and technical regulations and their application in the creation of operational regulations is essential.
At the end of course, students will be able to correctly assess the requirements of legal and technical regulations in their application in the processing of operational regulations based on the risk assessment of various activities in the field of health and safety at work.

Summary
The subject deals with the basic requirements of legal and technical regulations in the area of occupational health and safety. The course deals with procedures for processing the operating regulations of the employer and the operator of technical equipment in order to comply with safety measures using a combination of requirements of legal and technical regulations and good safety practice. It also explains product and consumer protection requirements and methods and procedures for documenting accidents and incidents.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester
Forma ověření studijních výsledků je kombinovaná, a to jak ústní, tak písemná. Student dále v rámci předmětu zpracovává dílčí práce (semestrální práce), které prezentuje na cvičení.

At least 70 % attendance at seminars. Absence of a maximum of 30% must be excused and the excuse must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides on the justification of the excuse). Continuous submission of tasks assigned to the exercises in terms set by the teacher.
