Explanation of the nature of potential threats to the population and the state. Analysis of the causes and consequences of these threats. Preventive and repressive instruments of public administration to eliminate these threats.

Subject syllabus:

The seminar is divided into the following areas: 1st Intelligence Service of the Czech Republic, their organization, managed and constructed in security system in the Czech Republic. In addition, students learn about the issue: Intelligence services and state ordinance. Control of Intelligence Services. The methods of collecting intelligence information. International cooperation news services. Intelligence operative work. Why are the Secret Intelligence Service. 2nd The issue of international terrorist activities in the European space and European activities of terrorist groups (IRA, ETA and others), but also activities in the Middle East aimed against Israel and the USA. Will be analyzed group of countries in Latin America. Discussed will also action directed against Israel and Turkey from Syria and support for Islamic Holy War, Taliban and international activities. Students at the seminar will deal with status of Cuba and the DPRK in the anti-terrorist fight will be decommissioned and the issue of protection of pipelines passing through disposing territories. 3rd Basic information on nuclear safety in connection with the operation of nuclear plants. Detail touches the construction of reactors used in the country. It will check out the fission chain reaction, provision of protective barriers, deterministic and probabilistic approach to the evaluation of nuclear safety. 4th The basic rules for provision of humanitarian assistance in the country. Contents humanitarian assistance (material, financial, spiritual, counseling). Tasks and activities of public administration, humanitarian, religious and charitable organization, CO facility. Receipt of humanitarian aid. Humanitarian assistance to foreign countries (CZ, EU, NATO, UN). Humanitarian assistance as part of emergency measures survival civil emergencies. 5th Basic overview of political science theory. The purpose of this field is completed and systematize the general knowledge about politics and organization of society.
