The aim is to familiarize students with the financing crisis management system at the state and functioning of the national economy in crisis situations.

Summary

Rozšiřuje znalosti studentů o státním rozpočtu, a to zejména o problematiku financování během krizových stavů. Dále se studenti seznámí se subjekty, které ovlivňují fungování ekonomiky státu, např. centrální bankou, Správou státních hmotných rezerv, Mezinárodním měnovým fondem, Světovou bankou, systémem Eurozóny.

Subject syllabus:

The course deals with the financing crisis management system at the state and functioning of the national economy in crisis situations. Extends students' knowledge on the state budget, especially the issue of financing during crisis situations. In addition, students learn about subjects that affect the functioning of the national economy, such as the central bank, the Administration of State Material Reserves, the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, the eurozone system. Another part of the course will be devoted to methods of assessing the economic impacts of natural disasters and methodologies for cost estimates for restoration of property in areas affected by natural disaster.
