Summary

Formou ukázek, analýz a příkladů řešení problémových úloh pomocí nástrojů řízení bude student připravován na zvládání náročných praktických úkolů v integrační souvislosti a uvědomění si provázanosti jednotlivých činitelů v podnikové praxi. 5. Kritéria hodnocení pro strategii a opatření pro management rizik 6. Kompenzace nákladů a přínosů, rozhodování založené na rizicích 7. Opatření v oblasti managementu rizik (příklady) 8. Úvod do systému řízení jakosti ISO 9000:2015 9. Úvod do systému environmentálního managementu ISO 14 000:2015 10. Úvod do pokynů ILO, týkajících se systémů řízení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, OHS, ISO 45001. 11. Úvod do systému řízení prevence závažných havárií. 12. Možnosti integrace různých systémů řízení rizik v rámci podniku. 13. Doplňkové přístupy: Inherent safety approach, Control – Process and workplace design, Hazard and risk control, Safety by design (prevention by design), Cleaner production, Green design, Build Back Better. 14.
