Students get familiarized with logistics processes running during a crisis situation and its resolution. People which will plan the solution of crisis situation must be able to apply processes runnig in the background of.

Summary

Logistics is presented as discipline, which deals with distributing sources being reserves, production capabilities, people and information and also next activity chains for need elements satisfying. Generally said it is necessary to apply certain regulations for activity chains of many collaborating subjects unitying to reach the only possible goal.

Subject syllabus:

1. Basics of Logistics. 2. Crisis management logistics in general. 3. Purpose and function of economic measures for crisis situations. 4. Legislative definition of economic measures for crisis situations. 5. The tasks of the government, central administrative authorities, the Czech National Bank, the regional authorities, municipalities of the municipality with extended powers and the bodies of territorial self-governing units in the area of economic measures for crisis situations. 6. The Status and Activities of the Administration of State Material Reserves. 7. Emergency oil reserves. 8. Solving the Oil Emergency. 9. Emergency response in the gas and electricity sectors. 10. The operation of a system of economic measures for crisis situations in practice.
