Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The purpose of the course is to acquire the learner's ability to recognize and analyze strategic primary natural and anthropogenic risks associated with operational safety of various types of technical infrastructure that could threaten or decommission production facilities and other public and private infrastructure of cities and municipalities. Based on the analysis of these risks, the student will be able to propose and take preventive measures to reduce them and in the phase of land-use planning documentation, operating rules, emergency plans of subjects or in the field of crisis planning of state and regional self-government.
The prerequisite for understanding the risks and dangers of technical infrastructure systems is mastering the teaching material of the lectures and exercises designed to provide the student with a comprehensive basis of information from energy sources, their legislative grounding, risk analysis, up to current natural and anthropogenic threats that may their function at risk during the 21st century.

Cílem předmětu je získání schopnosti studenta rozpoznat a analyzovat strategické primární přírodní a antropogenní provozně-bezpečnostní rizika různých typů technické infrastruktury, která mohou ohrozit nebo vyřadit z provozu výrobní zařízení a další subjekty veřejné a soukromé infrastruktury měst a obcí.
