Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
After completing the course, students will be able to define basic documents processed in the area of security and management of industrial accidents and territorial security, will be able to define the logical parts of those documents and will be able to distinguish crisis and emergency management.

Předmět poskytne studentům základní vhled do plánování činností organizací a veřejné správy v oblasti bezpečnosti. Studenti získají představu o podstatě integrovaného řízení bezpečnosti. Na úrovni podniku i území z pohledu veřejné správy.

Subject syllabus:
1. Introduction to subject and relation to other study subjects, terminological base
2. Planning as a process, types of crisis and emergency plans
3. Categorization of crisis and emergency plans towards to the prevention, preparedness, response and recovery; sorting plans by type (connected to object, local, regional, national and transnational scope).
4. Enterprises and object security planning - plans from the area of fire protection and occupational health and safety,
5. Enterprises and object security planning - technical and IT security plans
6. Enterprises and object security planning – recovery plans
7. Specifics of planning in emergency planning zones (Seveso, nuclear power plants, floods)
8. Critical infrastructure subjects - planning specifics – monotematics type plans
9. A security plans in health care - trauma and pandemic plans
10. Security plans in public administration - needs and bases of security planning, links between organizations and public administration
