Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Instruction is focused on expanding the knowledge of non-military planning to ensure security. They presented new procedures for emergency planning, crisis planning, civil emergency planning, recovery planning, conservation planning, business continuity planning and protection of critical infrastructure. In the area of critical infrastructure is given to the concept of a critical element in the critical process and critical functions. This is a study of vulnerability and resilience and adaptability of the system, the criticality matrix. Decision support systems for critical infrastructure security, business continuity planning
for critical infrastructure. Adequate attention is paid to security planning in the context of sustainable regional development. Teaching is also extended to non-military links and military activities in planning for security at the national and supranational level (EU, NATO).

Summary
Safety planning is a subject in which students will address in particular the mutual ties of the various planning processes. These include emergency planning, emergency planning, civil emergency planning, recovery planning, loss prevention planning for reconstruction, planning for business continuity planning and protection of critical infrastructure. The issue is focused on organizations involved in the process. Along with the subject of protection of population III., focusing on areas respectively. territorial administration and its challenges, provides a comprehensive framework for security planning issues for large scale emergencies.
