Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The aim of the course is to deepen knowledge in the field of processing and the contents of the plan in the field of accident and crisis management. The graduate will be able to define, logically justify and, if necessary, design the contents and logical structure of plans in the field. In addition, he will be able to connect the national level with the international level (EU, NATO).

Summary
Lessons are focused on broadening the knowledge of the area of non-military planning to ensure security. New procedures in the area of emergency planning, crisis planning, civil emergency planning, recovery planning, business continuity planning, and planning in the area of critical infrastructure protection are presented. In the area of critical infrastructure, attention is paid to critical elements, critical process and critical function. It is the case of study of system vulnerability, resilience and adaptability, criticality matrix. Decision support systems for critical infrastructure security, critical infrastructure continuity planning. Adequate attention is paid to security planning in the context of sustainable territorial development. Connections between non-military and military activities in planning to ensure territorial security on both the national and supranational levels (EU, NATO) are included as well.
