The target of the subject is acquainting the students with principles and procedures for solving large emergency situations. In frame of studying the student will obtain basic information about the methods which are useable during progress of the territorial crisis plans, information about the system of determination of the critical infrastructure subjects and philosophy of its defending. Some part of lectures will be aimed to describe the system of economical and material measures for crisis situations and possible regulation measures and areas.
