Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the issues of professional reliability of the human factor, especially from the point of view of personality and personality arrangement influencing work performance and to point out the determinants of miscalculation in counterproductive work behavior such as stress, load, fatigue and exhaustion. At present, the aim of the course is to provide students with basic knowledge and skills used in the evaluation of work performance, if they are used in the application of personal development techniques and principles of mental hygiene and insight into legislation.

Summary

The basis of the course is the error of the human factor having causes in the field of personality and personality dispositions and other determinants affecting performance reliability such as stress, load, fatigue, exhaustion, etc. and mental hygiene and the legislative framework.

Determinants influencing performance reliability 4. Diagnostic methods and methods for evaluating the reliability of the human factor 5. Factors reducing work and professional performance potential 6. Counterproductive work behavior (mobbing, conflicts, stress, stress, exhaustion, burnout syndrome) 7. Typology of error rate of human factor 8. Reliability of the human factor in the work system 9. Evaluation of work performance 10. Mental hygiene and mental health and their influence on work performance 11. Techniques of personal development and mental hygiene 12.
