On completion of the course specifically aimed to create specific theoretical knowledge and skills in the application of synthetic and analytic approach to processing and evaluation of selected theoretical situations to create optimal conditions for their application in practice.

Summary

The course deals with the psychological aspects collectively in danger, prevention and assessment of risks of life, including human behavior and responding to threats in a critical situation. The course focuses on the basic understanding of the fundamental concepts and related background of the issue and the importance, role and status of rescuers, including a critical situation. prevention options.

1. Introduction Basic input into the issue. Disasters and emergencies and the importance of their impact on our civilization. Breakdown disasters. 2. Man-ENVIRONMENT-SOCIETY Man as part of the environment and society. The fundamental workings of the human psyche. Explanation of basic concepts. 3. SOCIAL behavior and social functioning. Errors in perception. Social behavior and social functioning. Perception and assessment of the situation. Errors in perception - Illusions and delusions. Personal and social perception. Errors in personal and social perception. 4. Communication in a social situation and its significance. Communication in a stressful situation. Crisis communication. The importance of communication in social situations and stress situaci.Komunikace verbal and nonverbal. Interaction as part of communication. Discussions and negotiations. The basic model of negotiation. Negotiations in pairs and in groups. Negotiation in a hostage situation. 5. BASIC ZÁKONITOSI human behavior in social groups.
